How to fix SIM Card Removed | Unable to Detect SIM Card | Restart Device | issue on Samsung Galaxy S4
  Step1 : Power down the device

Step2: Press Volume Up Button, Home Button and Power button at the same time

Step3: Let go of the buttons as soon as you see the "Recovery Booting" message

Step 4: Select "Wipe Cache Partition" option using Volume down button

Step 5: Press power button to run the option

Step 6: Select "Reboot system now"  & Press Power button to run the option

Step 7: Turn the phone back on and you are done!!!
